Colombia: Armed Conflict and Mental Health

In 2005, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) began providing mental health services in Colombia's Caqueta Department, where civilians have for many years endured violence and trauma caused by the country's armed conflict and neglect from the government institutions that are supposed to assist them.
